The City of Toronto’s Main Street Innovation Fund and the Toronto Downtown West BIA supported the Summer/Fall Flow project, aimed at enhancing community experiences within the existing, 30,000 sq/ft RendezViews area at Richmond and John Streets. This once-unused city-owned parking lot was transformed into a vibrant destination through murals by CLANDESTINOS ART, providing an ideal setting for this project.

The project's goal was to create enriching community experiences in the RendezViews area. It successfully attracted people to the neighbourhood, promoted wellness and cultural activities, and generated economic benefits for local businesses. A comprehensive final report was compiled to document the project’s outcomes, which can serve as a model for replication in other urban areas with similar characteristics to foster community engagement and economic growth.
